Situated close to one of the UK’s most popular seaside towns, Berney Marshes is a haven for bird watchers and wildlife fans.
With 902 acres, this RSPB bird reserve provides wildlife fans with a fascinating place at which to bird watchwith access to views overlooking the marshes and also a short nature trail. Boat trips are also available on the first Sunday of every month.
In winter, the area attracts waders, wildfowl, short-eared owls and raptors. The site also attracts a wide variety of passage birds.
