CANAL BREAKS: After 30 years with no motor power on this canal, the first narrowboat is now available for weekly holiday hire and short breaks, on this 11-mile stretch of lock-free canal. A traditional 55 ft, 4 berth, narrowboat, providing spacious accommodation, with luxury fit out. As the waterway is not that long and lock free, it is ideal for first time boaters or those wishing to relax, take it slow, or experience easy cruising and enjoy nature at its very best along this peaceful and beautiful canal. On mooring up you will find village pubs, farm and village shops, golf course, tennis courts, Tiverton Castle, tea rooms, cycle hire, fishing and plenty of walks. With only being a day away from our base in the country, the boat has its own private mooring with grass BBQ area. This provides holiday makers with the unusual opportunity of spending time on the moorings or a day away from the boat in their car, should they wish to explore the beautiful West Country, with it's wonderful Devon attractions.

MOORINGS: The linear moorings are set out in the country at a picturesque new site with its own car park, water, toilet disposal, and boat repairs. The canal has no locks, one lift bridge and is landlocked. This wide country park canal provides very easy and peaceful cruising, set in a wonderful part of Devon.
