Trafalgar Marine Services Ltd is a family run business that manufactures traditional narrowboat fenders.

Established in 2001 selling mainly to the canal trade, Trafalgar Marine has produced over 3,000 rope fenders. Now it's your turn to buy direct from the manufacturers.

Along with canal boat fenders, Trafalgar Marine supply rope, chain and other fittings. You can also book canal boat trips on the Judith Mary II or day boat Phoenix.

Day Boat Phoenix
Do you dream of escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life? Phoenix is a 40ft day boat available from Whaley Bridge Basin on the Peak Forest Canal, ideal for corporate events or family days out. Phoenix can carry and seat up to twelve people (including the steerer). The vessel has a toilet and kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities included.

After expert tuition, you will be able to take command and discover the beautiful scenery of the Peak District at a relaxed pace.

Bring your own picnic or stop for lunch at a public house along the way, the choice is yours. You will have eight hours to explore the historic Peak Forest Canal.

Judith Mary II
A luxury trip boat restaurant, Judith Mary II offers delicious food in a unique setting.

Enjoy a boat trip on the scenic Upper Peak Forest Canal and take advantage of a fully stocked bar, which is open as soon as the boat is underway.

The Judith Mary II can seat 40 people at tables or 35 people for buffets. Trafalgar Marine will gladly provide more information and welcome anyone to come to the canal basin at Whaley Bridge to view the boat.

A two and a half hour trip along the Upper Peak Forest Canal - departing from Whaley Bridge.
