Chesterfield Canal Trust boat trips
The Seth Ellis, launched in 2004, is based in Retford.
The boat is available for private charters from two to eight hours. It is fully equipped with a toilet and galley for the sale of hot and cold drinks. For those colder days, the boat also is equipped with heating.
On limited days throughout the year, the Trust runs open access public trips, typically around 50 minutes in length where you get a chance to experience some of the oldest locks in the country.
A charter is an ideal way to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion, or just a great way to get out on to the water. Why not bring a picnic and explore the historic Chesterfield Canal?
All costs include crew. Visitwww.chesterfield-canal-trust.org.uk for more information, email info@sethellis.org.uk or call 01246 280660.
The boat is owned by the Chesterfield Canal Trust and maintained and operated by volunteer members of the Trust.
Advance booking is necessary for charters.
