The Talbot is a Grade 1 Listed 16th Century Coaching Inn with all the modern conveniences you would expect.
The medieval façade was formed from stone transferred from nearby Fotheringhay Castle, together with a principal staircase which was allegedly used by Mary Queen of Scots prior to her execution. The Talbot Hotel is a wonderful combination of old meets new with superb service, character and charm.
