The Water Rat is located beside the Ripon Canal and offers fine wines and traditional English pub fayre, which is sourced locally where possible. The meats are delivered fresh from Newby Hall Farm Shop and the cheese from Shepherd’s Purse.

Everyone is welcome at the Water Rat whether it be for a quick drink, a family meal or to catch up with the locals around the bar for the evening. If you’re celebrating, you can even hire the conservatory to set off your celebrations in style.
