Seal Island Cruises
Journey amid abundant wildlife and the spectacular scenery of Fort William's Loch Linnhe on Souters Lass. These waters and the surrounding coastline provide a beautiful unspoilt haven for wildlife. Species such as grey herron, oyster catchers, guillemots, cormorants, eider ducks and swans are regularly seen.

Seal Island is an amazing opportunity to observe a colony of wild seals basking and playing in their natural habitat! Both common and grey seals are normally found on and around seal island, later spot the shy pod of porpoise who live permanently in the Loch.

View a working Salmon Farm close-up and watch for the leaping fish!

Amongst the spectacular scenery you will see the best southern views of Ben Nevis, you can even make out the steep zig-zagging path which leads its way to the mountain's peak.

Beyond Seal Island we can see Loch Linnhe streching out to the open sea with Ben Mhor on the island of Mull visible in the distance.

Cruises run from Fort William town pier, where tickets can also be purchased.
