European Waterways Luxury Barge Cruises in Europe
We cruise along the Great Glen from Inverness towards Fort William, through lochs, along rivers and the scenic and absorbing Caledonian Canal.

The 8 passenger luxury hotel barge Scottish Highlander was last refurbished in 2009 and has the atmosphere of a Scottish country house, with subtle use of tartan furnishings and landscape paintings. At 117 feet she is spacious and has every comfort for year round cruising.
Like all the hotel barges in the European Waterways fleet, Scottish Highlander offers all-inclusive cruises with comfortable accommodation aboard in air-conditioned, ensuite cabins, gourmet meals, fine wines, an open bar and all excursions. Cuisine is traditional Scottish fare - salmon, game, venison and seafood, prepared by your own Master Chef.
All vessels are fully crewed with an experienced Captain, gourmet chef and hostess who will pamper to your every need, and a tour guide who takes passengers on excursions to places of historical and cultural interest. There is also a selection of themed cruises, such as golf - even honeymoon charters!
