Foxton Locks Inn has been created by the Waterside Pub Partnership (a joint venture between Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises and British Waterways). The historic site has been extensively refurbished (with a combined investment of over £1 million) to provide a stunning water side pub and brasserie offering a range of menus from morning coffee and pastries, tapas and light lunches, afternoon teas, through to the head chef Lee Mexter's evening a la carte menu, which reflects excellent use of freshly cooked local produce together with daily fish specialities.
