There are is longer British Waterways' customer service facility at Brentford. It is possible to buy service and electricity cards at the Riverside Cafe, unit 1, Brentford Lock - in the plaza behind the Gauging Locks.
British Waterways customer services are available at the Docklands office. 420 Manchester Road, London E14 9ST
