A challenging section that reminds you why you came to Scotland! The only sounds are the birds, running water and the wind.
From Invergarry you have a gruelling start on a narrow mini alpine pass that winds upwards. At the top you join a part of the route that has been carved out of the hillside. In places it is very narrow and needs treating with care, especially when wet.
The rest of this section continues on forest roads, ending with a sudden and sharp descent to Oich Bridge.
