This walk is ideal for families seeking a relaxing afternoon stroll. It ends by the Hand and Dagger pub - a charming country inn serving quality ales and fine food in a tranquil setting.

Begin your walk by following the road and turning left towards Harbour Farm. Continue past the farm along a track and bear left through a gate until you reach Lea Lane.

Follow the road until reaching the canal bridge. You can then proceed back along the canal - listening to musical birdsong - and reward yourself with a welcome tipple at the Hand and Dagger.
