Wigglyalks - Bishops Canning to Devizes

A five mile walk which passes along the ever scenic Kennet & Avon Canal.

Take the Connect2 Wiltshire bus line 1 to the Crown at Bishops Canning.

From the pub walk through the church yard and continue along the lane (Church Walk), at the end of the lane turn right. At the end of the road continue straight into the campsite and then, with the campsite on your right, join the canal at Bishops Canning Swing Bridge. Turn right again onto the towpath and follow the towpath for 4 miles back to Devizes Wharf and the marketplace.
