Wigglywalks - Woodborough to Devizes

A walk along the Kennet & Avon Canal between Woodborough and Pewsey - with far reaching views of Pewsey Vale.

Take the Connect2 Wiltshire bus line 1 to Woodbrough cross roads.

Walk eastwards towards the village centre of Woodbrough. Turn left into Church Road and follow this into the village until you turn right into Church Farm Lane, following signs to Church Farm. Follow the road past the dairy farm until it turns into a bridleway - and follow the bridleway over a canal bridge (no. 122, Woodborough Fields Bridge) and continue up Woodborough Hill. Admire the far reaching views of the Pewsey Vale.

Join the canal towpath and follow the towpath for several miles through the scenic Pewsey Vale back to Devizes Wharf then walk through to the market place.
