This is an excellent walk set amidst the stunning scenery in which the final stages of the Caledonian Canal are set. The walk offers pleasant views which change with each bend in the canal as well as an opportunity to watch the local wildlife. The walk is both quiet and relaxing as there are no roads. The terrain is good so no special footwear is necessary.
