Parking: Car park by the Wharf, off Couch Lane.

Start at Devizes Wharf, just off Couch Lane.

Easting: 400420, Northing: 161800

2. Road to Rowde

Option 1: Turn right from the Wharf, cross the first bridge and then head back the way you came (left from Wharf). Follow the towpath out of the town and past Caen Hill Locks. Where the B3101 to Rowde crosses the canal, you will see a white house by the bridge. Retrace your steps into Devizes.

3. Coate Bridge

Option 2: Turn right from the Wharf and follow the towpath as far as Coate Bridge on the outskirts of Devizes. Retrace your steps back to your start point.
