Fishing in Rutland
Rutland Water is a Mecca for anglers and anyone can grab a rod and have a go here. Try your luck at catching one of the famous 15lb Rutland trout or head for the centre of the lake to reel in a huge pike. Novices can receive fly-fishing tuition at the fishing lodge which also offers tackle and motor-boat hire.
