Operated by Malcolm Binnie of townhouse restaurants the 150 cover, 10 bedroom Boathouse has been constructed with sustainability in mind.
Using a geothermal heating system, the residual heat in the Forth & Clyde Canal is used to generate hot water and heating, whilst a reed bed treats the waste naturally.
Come down eat, drink and be merry while doing your bit for the environment!
